No installation is required, simply place the raw water tank correctly on the base and press it down until it sits firmly without any gaps. During the filtration process, you may hear the sound of the pump running (around 5 minutes per cycle) as it presses the water into the RO system. The system has a 1.2 Gallon/4.7L raw water tank and a 0.4 Gallon/1.5L filtered water tank. The average lifespan of the RO filter element is 12 months, but this may vary depending on water conditions and usage.

To ensure proper operation and water taste, please flush the system before the first use by following the instructions in the manual/video to empty the filtered water 3-5 times. If the "E1" error code appears during use, it is a 30-minute work time protection. Unplug the filter, wait 5 minutes, refill the water tank to the maximum level, and try again.

When the "Change Water" indicator is flashing, lift the water tank to add water instead of pouring it directly into the tank. Ensure the white float on the side of the raw water tank rises after adding water - if not, gently shake the tank. The remaining water after filtration is the undrinkable wastewater with high TDS, which cannot pass through the RO layer. When the water level is low, the machine will prompt you to change the water.
