The 6-stage filtration process starts with a high-capacity polypropylene sediment filter that removes particles, rust and protects the membrane and system. The fourth stage, a high rejection TFC reverse osmosis membrane, removes up to 99% of total dissolved solids (TDS) and impurities such as arsenic, lead, fluoride, chromium and radium. An advanced coconut shell refining carbon filter in the fifth stage further polishes the water, removing any possible residual taste. The final stage is a pH+ alkaline re-mineralizing calcium filter that adds calcium carbonate to increase water alkalinity and improve the taste.
